Meet Chef Cathy , a culinary enthusiast who grew up as an army B.R.A.T in Europe. Living in Germany, she was exposed to diverse cuisines from an early age. Inspired by the flavors she encountered during her travels, Cathy developed a passion for cooking. As she journeyed across the globe, her love for food only intensified, and she eagerly absorbed the culinary traditions of each destination. After college, she settled in Telluride when it was still a small ski town. She later moved to Sunriver Oregon to open a bike and ski shop and achieved her dream of owning not one, but two successful restaurants. Her dedication to creating unique dining experiences caught the attention of the Telluride Ski Resort management. Recognizing her extraordinary skills, she was enlisted to help create three new and innovative restaurant concepts on the mountain. Cathy went on to open a catering facility at TEX for private jets. Chef Cathy's influence and culinary magic have transformed dining experiences in Telluride, leaving locals and visitors alike with happy tummies and great memories
